This service is for you if:

  • You need your website graphics refreshed regularly
  • You don't always have time to check all the links on your store 
  • You want to stay on brand - ALWAYS!
  • You want to keep working with the Hot Mess Team! 

Hot Mess Maintenance Plan = Homepage Refresh + Website Health Check!

Flexibility! You choose from monthly or quarterly service - whatever suits your biz best!

With the Homepage Refresh we'll adjust your graphics for a slightly new look each time and update the photos within your graphics on your homepage. Our designers will use your existing brand guidelines to guide them, so nothing extra is needed from you!

The Hot Mess Website Health Check can help you identify minor issues before they become mega problems, which no one wants! 

This includes:

  • Instagram feed link check 
  • Website speed check 
  • Check for any broken links or empty collections
  • Checkout process check
  • A full report for each refresh with a screenshot of your updated homepage, and health check notes
Note: if we find any small issues during the health check that we can fix on the spot, we will!! But if we come across bigger issues, we'll give a quote on a fix. 

When will we start?

This is a brand new service!! Those booking during our launch month (September) will start service in October (the first week of October)!

Once we get started - we will be emailing you with the details and timelines you need to know for our ongoing work together to be as smooth as butter (or as humanly possible anyway)!

Will I keep the intro rate forever if I sign up now?

If you sign up NOW under our intro rate - you will be grandfathered under this rate for a full year! This is NOT a contract though, you can cancel anytime - just that even if we do raise/shift rates within the next year, you will be able to continue to pay this original amount as agreed monthly!

After one year - we will reach out to you IF there will be any cost changes to discuss!

Am I under any contracts?

Just month-to-month! If you have already paid for a month (you are billed ahead, so you are always paying for the next month of service when you pay), unless there are extenuating circumstances, we don't refund (but rather we would fulfill that last month with you and cease any further billings/charges immediately).

So basically - if you do not want to continue - you just want to alert us before your next billing date :)!
