Payment Plan Details

Full payment is due before your project begins. We do not offer milestone-based payment arrangements, but we do offer in-house payment schedules and may offer outside financing options. If you use an outside financing option, your payment agreement is with that provider and Hot Mess is considered paid in full.

If you choose an in-house payment plan and your project progresses faster than your payment schedule, your project may be placed on hold or your remaining payments moved up. We do not provide a full first preview or complete a project until all payments have been completed.

The standard payment schedules we offer are listed in the table below, unless a special payment plan was agreed upon via email prior to your project being booked. 

If you are receiving a discount of any sort, including our loyalty hot dots, then that discount will be deducted from your FIRST payment only, the remaining payment/s will be at our normal standard rate as listed on the corresponding product page.
