We make sure it's beautiful (whatever beautiful looks like for YOUR brand) and that it actually works, too. We do NOT offer ongoing marketing services (though we will give you feedback and resources along the way and our full signature package does cover social/email templates).

We've stood behind the counter. I hadn't told you that yet, actually, but almost half of our team has been in your exact shoes as shop owners before. We dig in deep, we lead the way, we handle the tech. You bring us your vision, your ideas, your pain points. We share best practices, fresh perspectives, and solutions. And then we implement. All of it. While you get to focus on other areas of your business, knowing your website is being taken care of.

Not only will we guide, educate, and advise you throughout your brand + website project, we’re here to support you beyond launch too.
Your project includes a couple of free strategy calls with our most experienced former retail shop owner, where you’ll talk through launch/re-launch plans, goals, and marketing strategies to help drive more traffic to your website. We can also point you toward helpful tools, resources, or trusted partners if you need support outside our scope.
And post-project? Once a client, always a client. If you email us months or even years later and we can answer your question, make a small website update, or send a quick how-to video in 10–15 minutes, we’ll usually just take care of it. If it’s more complicated, we may have you hop on a free 15-minute call with a project manager to sort it out. And if it’s more time-intensive, we’ll quote it hourly.

We're not going to pretend a new website is a magic fix. It's SO not.
We could build you the most impeccable website in the world, and it still won't save a business that doesn't already have some traction. It will not manufacture sales out of thin air (not even with an SEO focus, that's a long game too).
And as I mentioned above, we cannot guarantee any particular results about your revenue or even your conversion rate. The issue is your conversion rate depends on a ton of things that have nothing to do with us too: your traffic, your products, your pricing, your stock. If someone is promising to "double your conversions" or even offering any conversion promises at all. I would run, personally. I mean when I'm looking for help for my own business here, I'm looking for signs of honesty and hard work (not guarantees to try to get me to say yes).
So here's the hardest truth in case this is you: if you're hurting for revenue and hoping a website overhaul rescues you, this isn't the move (and we'll tell you that on the call too).
