First, let's work on your brand. We'll make sure we have your vision JUST right (from your color scheme and logo to your overall aesthetic), before we move any further. If you have your own logo that's great, but we will make sure we have your entire aesthetic figured out too, which is much more than just your logo.
Next, we'll make sure we understand your needs, desires and goals here. Do you offer wholesale? Let's make sure you have the right apps and application process in place. Do you have a storefront or text club? Let's make sure we highlight that on your homepage. Do you need visitors to be a certain age to view your content - let's get a pop-up age verification box setup. Do you want to offer a shop-by-size dropdown on your menu, or a sizing chart page? We got you, girl! And if you don't know what you even need, that's ok - sorting that out is part of the process. And we will lead the way!
Then, let's work on: choosing the best theme based on your vision and needs, nailing down how to best organize your products, menu and pages, and crafting your about blurb and shipping + return policies. We will offer our suggestions and take your input, to create an optimized, easy-to-navigate (aka more likely to convert) menu and website layout.
FYI: Themes are paid for directly to Shopify or the company you are purchasing from (such as Out of the Sandbox). Themes range in cost between $140-350. There are also free themes available. We will work on figuring out what's best for you together!
Then - the FUNNEST part yet. Yes, we said funnest. Yes, it's a word. We've decided. We design the lovely graphics for your homepage and any additional pages we've created for you. This is when the magic really starts to pull everything together, for a cohesive, stunning look that you can be proud of and that will, if we've done everything right up until this point anyway, evolve your brand.
But wait, it doesn't stop here! Next we will work on some final touches such as: your emails, any last apps we need to install (we automatically install a few of our favorite apps for you, and can help with 1-3 addtl. app installs, depending on complexity of the apps), and a customized packing slip for you to throw in with your orders.
Your emails include: email subscriber pop-up, welcome email that goes out immediately upon someone subscribing to your list, a few marketing Mailchimp templates to use to keep everything on brand when you send out new arrival, sale or news emails, AND we fancy up all 17 of the emails Shopify sends out on your behalf (including your invoice, order confirmation, abandoned cart, shipping confirmations, etc).
PLEASE NOTE: While there are many free Shopify apps, some of them require a monthly or one-time fee (paid to Shopify). Your emails and packing slip are actually customized using the orderly apps (your email theme will be a one time $49 fee, your packing slip will be a one time $29 fee).
I can't forget to include that throughout the whole process, you have access to my team and I for consulting/guidance/training/resources along the way. You will be provided with relevant training videos/PDFs - and we will even make some personal to you when needed! We also have a coding developer on staff if there are any last minute coding tweaks needed to take your project from 'we are sooooo close, but there's just this one tiny thing really bugging me' to - 'YUP, in love!'
Upon request - we will even include the overlays for any graphics we've made for your homepage. Basically these would be 'frames' that you can then set on top of new photos so that you can change your photos out anytime you'd like without our help. Of course some clients still prefer our help instead (just busy or don't wanna do it), and we are happy to help for a low 'homepage refresh' rate as well.
