Graphic Designer - APPLICATIONS CLOSED

Duties + Responsibilities:

- Working directly with our clients using our process to create brand boards, logos, and website graphics based on client branding surveys & design expertise.

- Create brand-aligned print and social media assets for clients

- Implementing requested design revisions

- Maintains forward motion on assigned clients/projects.

- Proactively communicates issues to Lead Project Manager(s) and/or Operations Manager

- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of branding & design trends & boutique trends

- Reach for new training and education continuously

- Adopt and exemplify companies values and initiatives 

Skills + Other Requirements:

- You excel in a fast-paced environment, where attention may need to shift quickly

- 1+ years experience with Marketing & Branding specializing in digital marketing

- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)

- Ability to communicate effectively via email, phone or zoom with others

- Client-focused (empathetic)

- Ability to work quickly within tight deadlines

- Accept feedback with a positive outlook

- Ability to pivot often and be decisive

- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

- Comfort and confidence to adapt your role to the needs necessary when needed

- You have a keen sense of urgency and strong follow-up skills to see a project to completion

- Familiar with most/all of the tech we use or able to learn quickly:  Shopify, CommentSold, Monday, Basecamp, Mailchimp, Zoom, Calendly

- Must have adequate hardware to run the adobe suite (we do have team memberships for adobe that you can use if you don't have a current version of adobe)

This is a part-time remote position of employment (15-20 hours weekly) with pay based on experience. Potential for full time hours.

**Open to contractors as well for non-US applicants. Must have some availability that overlaps with American timezone (not your full shift, but must be able to make meetings with team and clients that are in the morning in the US). 

For employees:

- After your first 90 days, you will begin to accrue two weeks of PTO per year (that may be used for personal or sick time). 

- Paid holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Years Day, and one floating holiday per calendar year (meant for your birthday, but of course you may use it as you wish).

- We offer quarterly self-care days starting your second quarter in your position.

- We do not offer health insurance at this time.

UX Web Designer - applications closed

Duties + Responsibilities:

- Work with our project team (project managers, graphic designers, copywriters, coding developers) to help clients that need strategic content or website layout support. 

- Speak directly with our clients via zoom to educate them while understanding their needs and goals and create a suggested layout for their homepage and addtl pages, as well as a possible recommendation for features, apps or design aspects that will be important to implement for this client. 

- Our clients are in the E-Commerce space, mostly utilizing the Shopify platform. Many are clothing boutique owners.

Qualifications + Needed Skills:

- 1+ year of UX design experience in particular, or the knowledge, education and skills required to complete the above tasks keeping in mind the end goal of an aesthetically pleasing, on-brand, conversion optimized website. 

This is a part-time remote contracted/freelance position (around 10 hours per week), with pay based on experience. Possibly open to solidifying a more full-time position of employment in the future.

Open to non-US contractors as well (must be available for zoom meetings with team and clients).
