senior project manager - POSITION FILLED

Duties + Responsibilities:

- Maintains a bigger picture view of all active client projects, with a focus on project completion and client satisfaction.

- Leads and mentors a team of lead project managers, assistant project managers, designers and coding developers who are focused on working directly with the client to gather needed information and complete all client project tasks.

- Monitor project management staff performance and assist CEO with performance check-ins and reviews.

- Bi-monthly reporting on all active projects, to ensure that for each project, the timeline is on track, client is participating in the process and doesn't seem frustrated and team is not struggling or stuck.

- Problem-solves any issues, and implement or ensure the team implements, solutions.

- Has an active eye (each week) on client unresponsiveness (or other red-flag scenarios) and is pro-active to find solutions, tap into our clients struggles, communicate possible solutions to the whole team and assure that said most appropriate solutions are implemented.

- Collaborates with CEO in terms of bigger picture project management and process improvement.

- Analyzes all data related to project management, such as the time it takes to complete each phase (and each project in it's entirety), the common pain points that arise for the team and client, and the effectiveness of each phase/piece of the project. 

- Takes the lead on overall process improvement initiatives, making suggestions for improvement and taking lead on implementation. And then monitoring any changes to the process for further optimization.

- Off-board all client projects when complete, including a full double-check, fixing any small errors (or facilitating errors being fixed by other members of the team), creating a basic report for those that handled the project (just to point out celebrations & areas for growth improvement), and completing a report for our client letting them know what we have completed for them and next steps.

- Continue professional and industry development to stay on top of best practices and changes in our industry so we can be proactive to offer solutions to our clients and other followers.

Qualifications + Needed Skills:

- Must be self-motivated and decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands

- Must be able to learn, understand and apply new technologies 

- High EQ

- Effective leader (has previous success leading/project managing a remote team)

- Tech savvy

- Derives relevant information from data quickly

- Constant drive for improvement

-Client-focused (empathetic)

- Welcomes challenges as opportunities

- A good fit would likely be extroverted & intuitive. Myers-Briggs types likely to be best fit include: ESTP, ENTP, ENFP, ENFJ (if you're into that sort of thing)!

This is a full time remote position of employment with pay based on experience.

After your first 90 days, you will begin to accrue two weeks of PTO per year (that may be used for personal or sick time). 

Paid holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Years Day, and one floating holiday per calendar year (meant for your birthday, but of course you may use it as you wish).

We offer quarterly self-care days starting your second quarter in your position.

Sales manager - POSITION FILLED

Duties + Responsibilities:

- Lead tracking, management, and follow-ups.

- Handling lead inquiries via phone, email and social media. 

- Helping our potential clients understand which of our services, if any, are best suited to them based on their unique business needs. 

- Completing website critique reports and videos for prospective clients. 

- Prospect new clients, and reach out to past clients to check in and offer loyalty services

- Suggest new opportunities for growth/revenue. Assist in implementing. 

Qualifications + Needed Skills:

- A combination of experience and education related to sales, business, marketing, admin and social media that would provide you with the tools, resources and knowledge to jump into this position. 

- The ability and desire to work independently and remotely.

- Savvy as we will be utilizing several different programs to work together and with our clients.

- Must be available during standard US business hours and able to make phone calls and zoom appointments.
