APPLICATIONS CLOSED - Marketing & Communications Manager

Primary objective:

To manage new and existing marketing strategies and campaigns (via various forms of communication, such as social media, and email campaigns). Additionally to respond, track and follow-up to all new client inquiries - and keep a pulse on all incoming revenue or opportunities for revenue. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Create and/or maintain a consistent marketing plan including, but not limited to: Our Facebook Page (daily organic posts and paid advertising), Pinterest, Weekly E-Mail Campaigns, Weekly Blog Posts

- Marketing plan/implementation will include re-purposing past content and creating fresh (on-brand) content

- Analyze the effectiveness of all marketing efforts on an ongoing basis to suggest and/or implement improvements.  

- Add new service offers when requested as products in Shopify. 

- Track all incoming leads

- Schedule client sales calls if this is their preference and discuss our services with potential client, with the goal of booking the client if we are a good fit for each other (the client and our company).

- Continue to follow up with leads and assist in trying to find a solution that allows us to help them. 

- Prospect new clients, and reach out to past clients to check in and offer loyalty services

- Suggest new opportunities for growth/revenue. Assist in implementing. 

Requirements:

- A combination of experience and education related to sales, business, marketing, admin and social media that would provide you with the tools, resources and knowledge to jump into this position. 

- The ability and desire to work independently and remotely.

- Savvy as we will be utilizing several different programs to work together and with our clients.

- The creativity to create fresh content, that is on brand (please do take a look at the rest of this website and our facebook page for an idea of our brand voice and aesthetic). 

This is a full time (32-40 hours per week) remote position of employment. Hours are fairly flexible.

Expected pay is between $38K-$48K, with the potential of bonuses after 90 days. 

After your first 90 days, you will begin to accrue two weeks of PTO per year (that may be used for personal or sick time). 

Paid holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day, and one floating holiday per calendar year (meant for your birthday, but of course you may use it as you wish).

Primary objective:

To provide customer service via email, phone and within our program management system, as well as work on administrative and client-project work as assigned. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Correspond with clients via email, phone and in our project management system (basecamp). This may sometimes include creating brief video mini-tutorials for clients that may need help with particular tasks. 

- Assisting with Shopify related tasks for clients as assigned, such as creating pages, product collections, menus.
- Updating existing customer graphics on occasion (small changes, or photo updates, for example). 

- Other administrative or customer service duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- A combination of experience and education related to customer service and admin that would provide you with the tools, resources and knowledge to jump into this position. 

- The ability and desire to work independently and remotely.

- Savvy as we will be utilizing several different programs to work together and with our clients.

- Experience with Shopify, Canva and/or Photoshop, social media are all pluses, especially Shopify.

This is a part-time to full-time (24-32 hours per week) remote position of employment. Hours are fairly flexible.

Expected pay is between $15-17/hour , with the potential of compensation increase after 90 days. 

After your first 90 days, you will begin to accrue two weeks of PTO per year (that may be used for personal or sick time).
